When you pay for a financial advocate’s consultation, you pay her for her time. We do not charge any fees on this type of service. When you choose for us to sort-out your medical bill, we charge a success based fee of 10% of the savings we generate for you (no savings-no payment) in order to keep Grace running and further develop the service to help more Americans with their medical bills.
